This guy was coming towards us on a NARROW one way street very fast while flashing his lights. Then he stopped he let out his girlfriend, proceeded to reversing the whole way back, tried to pull ahead of us at the end but my taxi driver wouldn't take any of that.

I feel sorry I ended the video when I did because we continued our conversation for 5 more minutes, even though we didn't understand one word of each other.
